Hiroaki Kobayashi, 7th dan, Shihan
Hiroaki Kobayashi dojocho (the head of dojo) started aikido when he was three years old, as the first member of Aikido Kobayashi Dojo. When he was in a college, he visited the Solomon islands, Papua New Guinea, and Iwo Jima as a volunteer member of Japan Youth Memorial Association (a student organization that intend to collect remains of Japanese war veterans). After graduating from college, he stayed in Indonesia for 2 and a half years to teach aikido as a JOCV (Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers) aikido instructor. He then stayed in Poland for half a year to teach aikido, again as a JOCV aikido instructor. As the dojocho of Aikido Kobayashi Dojo, he is governing instructors section of Aikido Kobayashi Dojo. He is fluent in Chinese, Indonesian, and English. He spends time outside of Japan, a few months a year in total, for aikido instruction

Urban Aldenklint, 7th dan, Shihan
Urban began training aikido in 1977 at Nakaima Aikido Club in Japan.
Trained extensively for, among others, Ichimura-sensei and Igarashi-sensei before going to Japan in 1980 for almost a year of full-time training. Upon returning Sweden in 1981, Urban and Ulf Linde started the club to take advantage of and develop what they had learned in Aikido Kobayashi Dojo and Hombu Dojo. Urban has traveled and trained extensively abroad and has a well-established network of contacts all over the world. Urban is the club’s chairman and chief instructor.

Cenneth Sparby, 7th dan, Shihan
Cenneth began training aikido 1976 for Ichimura-sensei at KFUM Uppsala Aikikai, a club founded in 1967. He also had Kobayashi-sensei and Nishio-sensei as teachers for several years.
The first visit to Japan was in autumn 1983, travelling together with Jan Nevelius and Lennart Linder – mainly practicing for Kobayashi-sensei and teachers at Hombu Dojo.
Cenneth is the head-instructor in Uppsala, together with Cecilia Ralfe-Stelander-shihan, and has for many years been practicing and teaching aikido around the world.
He also teaches aikido in schools, at hospitals and companies – as a method for health-development and conflict-solution.
